Clinician Review
Dr. Malek will personally review the information you provided. This is not an automated process. Every consultation receives a thorough, individualized review, typically within 24 to 48 hours and often sooner.
You'll Hear From Us
You will receive an email letting you know whether your treatment has been approved, along with any relevant next steps. Be sure to check your inbox and spam folder.
If Approved
Your prescription is sent to our licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy and shipped directly to the address you provided. Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days, and you will receive tracking information by email.
A reminder: your card is only charged if Dr. Malek approves your prescription. If your consultation is not approved, you are never charged.
