Dr. Malek personally reviews every consultation and makes every prescribing decision. There are no automated approvals and no mid-level handoffs.
What is MTHFRSolve?MTHFRSolve.com is Dr. Malek's precision and functional medicine practice specializing in methylation genetics, genomics, and personalized health optimization. It offers genetic testing with personalized video analysis, biomarker testing, and live consultations. Finding Health is an extension of this practice, applying the same precision medicine philosophy to peptide therapy.
What states do you serve?Dr. Malek is currently licensed to practice medicine in Florida, Texas, Arizona, and Minnesota. You must be a resident of one of these states to receive a prescription through Finding Health.
Do I need to visit an office?No. Finding Health is fully telehealth-based. You complete your consultation online, your prescription is reviewed remotely by Dr. Malek, and if approved, your medication is shipped directly to your door. There are no office visits required.
Is this legitimate medical care?Yes. Finding Health operates under a licensed medical practice, and all prescriptions are filled by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies. Your consultation is submitted through a HIPAA-compliant platform, and every treatment decision is made by a real physician after a thorough review.
How does the process work?You start by completing a secure online intake form with your health history, symptoms, goals, and payment information. Dr. Malek reviews your submission personally, typically within 24 to 48 hours and often sooner. You then receive an email with your results. If approved, your prescription is prepared by our pharmacy partner and shipped to the address you provided, with delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Will I be charged before my consultation is reviewed?No. Your card information is collected during the intake, but you are not charged unless Dr. Malek reviews and approves your prescription. If your consultation is not approved, your card is never charged.
